Refund policy

At The Fur Label, every item is custom-printed just for you and your pet. Because we create your products on demand the moment you order, we handle returns a little differently than a traditional warehouse store.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

  • Timeline: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Process: Send an email to thefurlabel.in@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • Resolution: We will send a replacement to you at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Size Exchanges & "Change of Mind"

Because each product is custom-made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size charts before ordering).

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Slight color variations (colors may appear slightly different on various screens/monitors).

3. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Address Errors: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing partner. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

4. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
