Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing The Fur Label. We take pride in creating custom products specifically for you and your pets. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing & Production Time

Unlike traditional stores, we don't have "off-the-shelf" stock. Every item is printed on demand once you place your order.

• Standard Production: Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and packed.

• Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take up to 5-7 business days.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery

Once your "Fur Label" package is dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities (India)	3-5 Business Days
Rest of India	5-8 Business Days
International Shipping	10-21 Business Days

Note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Transit Time.

3. Shipping Rates

• Prepaid Orders (India): We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat fee of ₹99 is applicable on all COD orders to cover courier handling charges.

• International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left our facility. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Fur Label is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at thefurlabel.in within 7 days with a photo of the defect. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
