OVERVIEW This website is operated by The Fur Label. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Fur Label. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  • Customization: You understand that our products are printed on demand. You are responsible for ensuring that any pet photos or text you upload are of high quality and free of copyright infringement.

  • Color Matching: We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the final printed product.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

4. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

If you upload images of your pets to our Site:

  • You grant The Fur Label a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • You represent that you own the rights to any photos uploaded. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates intellectual property.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties (such as our POD manufacturing partners). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials.
